A limited run, Gregg Press hardcover compilation of Paingod and Other Delusions and I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream.
The book is notable in several respects. It contains the first author-corrected version of the story "Pretty Maggie Moneyeyes" (even the version that appeared in The Deathbird had included unauthorized changes). And three essays -- a foreword by Michael Moorcock, an introduction by Ellison and an afterword by Robert Thurston -- would serve as the most thorough and perceptive analysis of Ellison's writings until Harlan Ellison: The Edge of Forever was published almost a quarter century later.
